Excellent care very nice staff, and doctors and very quick at taking you in seeing you and giving you what you need you no long wait at all. Also very patient I had to go there with five kids and myself before and they were very patient with me feeling like a paperwork and they didn't take long to see us and have us out of there in no time.

The staff, and especially the PA at Anytime MD Urgent Care were wonderful. Not only were they feiendly and professional, but went above and beyond with their diagnosis, and even helped me schedule a follow on outpatient appointment. Definitely recommend as a option for medical care.

I came to this clinic for what I thought would be a quick COVID test. They’re not a testing site so a small wait was to be expected. However, I have been waiting (still waiting as I type this) for just shy of two hours. Many patients were seen before me for vaccines and whatever else. Absolutely no sense of urgency here, I will not ever be back!

Service has declined so much in the past few months. They hardly answer the phones, extremely SLOW service. If you had a COVID test you practically have to harass them to send the results. I would hope that they get it together, at this rate I wouldn’t recommend.

I went in to see a doctor and it was only two people getting seen , I was the third patient waiting to see the doctor they called other patients that came after me back to the back. I will never go there ever again. My first & last very unprofessional she put my chart at the very bottom of the other charts. ??????????? Need better front desk staff she blamed it on it was really busy.

I am a medical provider for many years, I come here for treatment, my husband who is a medical provider as well also trust Dr Paul's with his care . I don't hesitate to bring my children when they are not feeling well and we are unable to reach their pediatrician. We have seen the kind of care he gives to his patients, going above and beyond and this is why we send many of our friends and family to him. Highly recommend Anytime MD Urgent care.

Great experience.Everyone was kind and courteous.Even with dealing with being inundated with calls about the Covid vaccine the ladies at the front never flinch or complained and took every call professionally, while checking in patients.The Dr was very attentative and personable, he actually listened to me! I've seen lots of Doctors in my life and 98 percent lack empathy and a genuine feeling of compassion.I wish he could be my primary care Dr because you can tell he enjoys what he does and cares about the people he sees, which would mean if he had to refer me.to someone they most likely would be someone of similar work ethic.Highly recommend this business.

I have only great things to say about this clinic. I called on Monday to schedule my mother for the Covid vaccine. I spoke with the office manager Tracy, which by the way is totally awesome. Over the phone she was professional, attentive, polite and she knows her stuff. She added my mother to the waiting list. In less than two hours I received a phone call from her asking if we could come in for the appointment for my mom. She went above and beyond to make sure that my mother got an appointment as soon as possible. Once we arrive at the office we were greeted immediately upon walking in the door by the whole staff. Tracy and the staff moved very quickly. They got us in and out in no time And because of the quick response and professionalism that we received at this urgent care, We will be returning back if we ever have an emergency. I am putting this urgent care at the top of my list. I have already shared my experiences with my close family and friends. Thank you Tracy, Staff, and Doctors for this amazing experience!!! You guys are the best!!! If I could give 10 stars I would’ve.

I wish I could put a -5 stars for the billing and or business office for this Urgent Care. The doctors are great but when you let them know that the billing was done wrong they never return your phone calls and I think they put your phone number down on a DO NOT ANSWER list. After I made my complaint about them billing the wrong insurance they have yet to contact me back and refuse to answer my call.

Definitely a clinic I will recommend to family and friends. I've had two great experiences at this office. I was seen quickly and everyone was kind and professional. You do get a feeling that the doctors are truly listening to you and are not trying to push you out the door immediately. I felt heard and taken care of. Please keep up this great work!

Immigration PhysicalI would not recommend coming to this urgent care. Front desk is so rude. They have no professionalism what so ever. I was told to pick up paperwork on a Thursday and came in the following Monday, to be yelled at and told paperwork was not ready. Mind you, I have been waiting on paperwork ( bloodwork) for about 15 days. I was told I would have to wait until all patients were seen before they could fill out my paperwork. This facility should consider hiring a more professional staff. A staff that is capable of completing paperwork in timely manner.

Just left the establishment no more than 15 mins, whoever you all have working at the front desk was condescending towards my husband and I. She read my face mask which says P.O.A and immediately caught an attitude....I felt judged because of my profession...BTW again I'm married so that's neither here nor there...she tries snatching our IDs and insurance information out of my hand which I quickly caught on too and stopped. When my husband called and asked for an office manager she said I why I hung up in her face (sure did) I immediately recieved back to back calls...I SCREENSHOTTED MY CALL LOG for proof... Can someone from mgmt speak to her since my husband and I can't get through....I'm sure you all have cameras to see we were nothing but polite and respectful....YOURE AN MA..not a Doctor SIS!

I had an amazing experience at anytime MD I’m dealing with a pretty intense infection and everyone made me feel very welcomed. I also have a very server case of needle-phobia and the nurse, I believe her name was Caula, she was absolutely amazing and understanding. She took her time and all in all, gave me the best injection I’ve ever had! Thank you Anytime MD!

Love this place but I love the people that work there more!!! Doctors, front office, and medical assistants/nurses!! All of them! I have two young daughters that are in school and daycare so they get sick sometimes. Each and every time I have came to this urgent care I have never waited long and the customer service is ALWAYS great!!!!! The staff is amazingly great with children!

This facility looks very deceiving from the outside, but it's so beautiful inside! The staff are amazing. From the front desk staff to the nurses, doctors & physician assistant. I brought my mother here for a check-up and her immigration physical with Haidy Brooks the Physician Assistant on staff and had a great experience. Haidy was patient with my mother and provided exceptional care. They have all the equipment for CT scans, blood-work and a pharmacy on site, which cuts down on the need to drive all over. I would recommend Haidy Brooks and this facility to anyone who seeks compassionate care, and experienced providers.

My husband and I have had the BEST experience here. We are preparing for his Adjustment of Status here in the US and had to get medical exam done for that. The staff here is amazing and very attentive. Definitely recommend this facility!

I just left Anytime MD and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Paul was very attentive and knowledgeable throughout the appointment. The receptionist was beyond amazing as well. Dr. Paul is wonderful! After I was mistreated at a "drugstore clinic" for a UTI, I was desperately looking for a doctor see to help with my now kidney infection. I found Anytime Urgent Care through their wonderful reviews on Google. I came in and explained how after going to the "drugstore clinic" that I was still not well and the pain was worse. Dr. Paul figured out that I was not given enough medication to kill the infection. He gave me a shot there at the office and a prescription for my illness. The cost of everything including meds was less than I spent at the clinic that didn't even help me. Anytime Urgent Care even filled my prescription right there in the office. I am now well and singing the praises of Dr. Paul and his staff. They are kind, knowledge and don't take advantage of you.

Anytime urgent care is great! Dr. Paul saw myself and my daughter. My daughter previously saw a doctor for skin issues but was not happy with that doctor, after seeing Dr. Paul he explained things to her and she felt so much better. Dr. Paul takes his time with you. The staff there are very professional and they are pleasant. Also the office is very nice, clean well kept.

Anytime MD Urgent Care’s services are great. There is a big difference from this practice compare to other urgent care facilities. I experienced great interpersonal and professional etiquette from Dr. Paul Edjua. I drove by for an emergency visit and I did not have to wait for several hours to be triage or screen, my medical treatment was excellent. The staff are very nice and professional.
